Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional well-being, to cultivate resilience, healthy motivation and become your best ally .

No previous experience, reading or preparation, required. Come as you are.

Full MSC course, conducted over 8 weeks. 8 sessions + mini retreat.
