Whether your personal encounter with grief is due to loss of a loved one,, Covid-19 induced challenges, changes in health, lifestyle, identifications, expectations, dreams, caring for others, caring for yourself, or anything else you may find yourself experiencing these days, you are welcome. There is no limit to how many retreats you can join. You are always at the driver seat of how much to practice, share and care for yourself. Due to the intimate and tender nature, the cohorts are small.
