Virtual Grief Support Group
for
bereaved,
caregivers,
those living with illness,
family members,
those living with any grief and loss
We have been isolated more than ever during the times of Covid-19. Coping with grief and loss have taken new meanings for some. For others, personal losses have been on minds and hearts, just as they have been, or amplified.
Whether your personal encounter with grief is due to loss of a precious loved one, caring for others, caring for yourself, living with illness, changes in health, lifestyle, or dreams and plans diverted, you are welcome to join our upcoming new support group cohort.
The support group gatherings take place Live Online..
Attend to your grief in community:
Turning towards your grief for healing, in supportive ways, with expert guidance and in community.
Support of Community:
Focusing on the hopes and contributions towards healing as a community, holding each other and everyone else up.
Mindful Grief Circles© runs this support group gathering to bring up the personal and collective grief that we are experiencing freely in an open, respectful, loving and kind setting.
