Come learn and experience how Mindfulness can be a gateway to understand and better manage your stress, cultivate and sustain joy.
We have all been through a lot during the last couple of years. Some persons, families, and communities, have been impacted more than others.
Whether you need to support yourself, your loved ones, your community, or beyond, these skills are crucial, scientifically proven, and will be important to have in your toolkit.

The sessions will be conducted remotely, live online.
